Every Skull and Rose hand carved and carefully fit in wax before casting in solid sterling silver. I then added heavy 18K gold Skull & Rose accents, set with 4- VS, G & H color diamonds, blue diamonds, and pear shaped Natural Rubies. All natural stones. Size 12.
